Alcatel-Lucent is a worldwide provider for telecommunication products and services.
Following a mission successfully fulfilled in 2008 as consultant, Eric is now working as Alcatel-Lucent employee.

Eric performed a first mission for Angola Telecom where he designed operational processes according to the new mode of operations and the new organizations of the company. Eric was also responsible for the creation and the generation of reporting targeting network operations, defining reports and training people to figure it out.

Eric is now working for Vodafone Qatar who build a new fix network. Eric designs processes and defines the Business Requirements for the development of IT Systems (OSS).

Casewise is a software editor leader in Business Process Analysis, Business Process Management, Enterprise Architecture and Governance, Risk & Compliance.

As consultant Eric led or contributed many projects of process design targeting BPA, BPM and Certifications. Eric worked into various environments as Telecommunication, Banking, Insurance and Industry and in many countries (see detailed below).
Eric was also in charge of building courses about company’s software and to teach them to customers.

Design of Processes for network data migration in order to create the workflow system managing the execution of the operations and ensuring quality of the migration


Natixis: Repository Governance and Clean-up (Banking)
September – December 2009 Paris, France
Eric designs governance processes for Natixis repository using Corporate Modeler tool. Governance processes include procedures and methodological guide.
Eric performed also the clean-up of the repository that was populated with more than 250 models. Clean-up includes models merging and models alignment regarding the new Natixis methodology.


SwissLife: ICS 2009 (Insurance)
July – December 2009 Paris, France
Eric supports a project for the modelling of operational processes by SwissLife France. Eric works with two people for modelling as fast as possible processes already described into Excel spreadsheets. The project environment is an external Audit concerning processes, risks and controls.
Eric also initiates the launch of the project for 2010 targeting the alignment of French processes with the new methodology defined by the group.


Alcatel-Lucent: Angola Telecom Project (1)
April 2008 – March 2009 Luanda, Angola
Design of operational processes for the Angolan national operator: incidents management, customer complaints resolution and general support for network operations.
Definition of Business Requirements for customizing and adapting BSS and OSS systems to the customer needs (Coheris, Netcool, Remedy, Service Quality Management, Axioss and Circee).


Alcatel-Lucent: SOTELGUI Project
November 2007 - February 2008 - Conakry, Guinea
Audit of the Organizations and of the Processes regarding network operations and maintenance from the Guinean telecommunication operator.
Design of Processes for Incident Management supported by Remedy (OSS System) including performance management (KPIs)

Neuf Cegetel is a French Internet provider. Eric performed a training job during 14 months as junior project manager in the department managing new services of the company.

Eric was responsible for describing provisioning processes regarding new products and services. He also built and produced reports in order to ensure quality of operations.
Eric was also managing the end of marketing operations, coordinating the teams to eliminate the offers on customer and technical side
